​Boil.anchofi,seaweed, katsuo ( kulit cakalang ), jamur dry shitak ,Dashy powder ( opsional )

​chicken stock

​spring oning ( slice tipis )

​MInced 2 pcs onion

​taugee ( bersihkan pala toge ) blanching ( setelah boil, matikan , masukan 5 detik lalu angkat )

​BOil  beef ( pake kuah remdeman telor) , roast / pensir ( colouring )

​telor nya dibagi dua ( kuah nya jangan buat boil beef )

​soy sauce

​minyak wijen 



HAND MADE NOODLE ( CHOBA ) x 6

​500 g tepung protein tinggi (.cakra ) 

​6 g salt

​6 g baking soda

​6 g stpp ( sodium tripola bla bla {pengenyal mie } )

​180 ml water

methode

​CAmpur bahan kering 

​Hydrasense ( menuang kan air pelan pelan ke bahan kering  )

​ga oerlu kalis ( yg penting lentur ) 

​pipihkan 

​taro chiller ( ideal nya  2 jam ) 45 menit 

​role w rolling pin

​role di pasta maker

​scare 1 noodle 90 g ( satu porsi )

​dusting agar tdk lengket

​garam dn sedikit gula
